We have even done a cookery course and have been privy to the secrets of Thai cuisine!
It was so much fun and was very interesting and instructive! We were 7 people in the course and it has been start with the fact that we have got a cook book, (which we also were allowed to keep) from which we could then choose 5 dishes that we would like
cooking. Then we got pressured all a little basket in hand and are then to the market run. There we bought the ingredients and got to know some new fruits and Gemuesesorten. The cooking class was held outdoors in our outside our room. That was very good because it was
not so hot a few Mitkoeche (80% from Germany) have always left out the fact that the ingredients, etc. but are doing nothing much too hot, and so on. Well, we survived it all and the guy has been doing this since some 
years, already knows what he does. It was certainly a very bizarre man, the cook. He has a bit of a talking robot and there are so runtergeleihert like a prayer. Even Brooke from the U.S. sometimes had difficulty understanding him :-)
We even coconut milk from the coconut and produced by themselves and even coconut cream!
We've cooked up from dawn to 9 pm at 16h only and eaten. Eating a huge orgy! Total crazy! Well, makes you focus on it when I'm back, I'll even cook for you Thai!
evening we went with the girls and one boy, named Guy, nor drink cocktails ...
