Here are the details as they appeared on Living Heirs:

You will note they both died on the same day and were buried on the 4th April 1938.
I ordered the asset files; the couple lived at Stadiongasse 6/8, Vienna 1.
As I understand it, the timber company they owned was aryanised - I suspect that in their despair, Jaques and Paula decided that they would commit suicide.
Their asset files also include details of their wills. They had no children, but Paula [née KRAUS] left a will [14 Jan. 1936] and an undated codicil in which
most of their assets were left to Oskar Ludwig KRAUS,Chrudimska 6, Prag XII and if he was not able to inherit, then his wife Nelly KRAUS [née MAYER] was to
be the heir. The contents of the flat and the jewellery were left to Maria KRAUS of Laudongasse 71,Vienna VIII. These two KRAUS heirs were probably the
siblings of Paula ABDELA.
As Oskar Ludwig KRAUS has not signed any of the pages, but Nelly's signature appears - I assume Oskar Ludwig had died before May 1938. Looking at "Letter to theStars"/Doew and Yad Vashem, I note a few entries for Maria KRAUS in Vienna and only one Nelly KRAUS from Prague. She was born in 1905 and died in Lublin in 1942. There is only one Oskar Kraus. I have no way of knowing if these are the members of the above family.
I believe that Jaques may have had a younger brother Nino {25.March 1879} who was married to Rosa née KOFFLER {26 March 1895} in Pavlovice {nr Olmutz, Moravia Czech republic} - on her asset files she states she is a Czech citizen. In 1933, Rosa lived next door to Jaques and Paula. Rosa ABDELA {née KOFFLER} died relatively recently in Lisbon at the ripe old age of nearly 99! Entry on the US SSDI as follows:
