meatloaf with creamed mushrooms
Ingredients (serves 4): 600 g mixed
Hack
1 egg
1 pack TK-8-herb mixture
2 tablespoons mustard
3 tablespoons bread crumbs
salt
pepper
3 tablespoons oil
250 ml broth
250 g mushrooms
150 g cream
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Preparation:
Hack, egg, herbs, 1 egg, mustard, bread crumbs, salt and pepper and knead. To loaf. Oil in a meatloaf fry gently around it. Pour hot broth. Roast simmer covered 30-35 minutes. Meanwhile, wipe mushrooms clean, wet, and depending on size halved or cut into quarters. Apply after about 20 minutes time needed for the roast, cover and mitgaren.
