Larded semolina dumplings
ingredients (serves 4):
750 ml milk
20 g butter
1 tsp salt
pepper
250 g durum wheat semolina
2 eggs
150 g raw ham
preparation :
bring milk, butter and spices to a boil sprinkle, meal and stir until the mass released from the pot.
