Chicken Broth Expiration

ingredients (for 20 bars):

1 package frozen puff pastry (400 g)
2 yolks
100 g grated Emmental and mountain cheese
1-2 tsp cumin
salt
pepper


Preparation:

Thawed puff pastry discs on a lightly floured work surface and roll out slightly. The egg yolks with 4 tablespoons water and whisk brush the dough with it.
