semolina
ingredients (serves 4):
250 ml milk
1 tablespoon butter
g 1 tsp salt
100 hard wheat semolina
2 eggs
preparation :
the milk, butter and salt to a boil bring sprinkle the semolina. Stir until the mass released from the pot.
